The strategy behind this site, laid open
Nothing was designed until the strategy was signed off. A written consult with Carl, who is building aptiweb, became a brief that quotes him, a review of four competing products, a positioning, four personas, a five-stage journey, a brand book, a content plan and an eight-page site map. Where the consult had blanks, the agents inferred and said so.
