Your application runs the pilot. Nothing else.

What we keep. When you apply for the pilot, we store your name, your email, the role you chose, the time you applied and the page you applied from. Nothing else. The form loads no third-party scripts. Why we keep it. Only to run the pilot: to choose who is offered a place in each round, and to email you about the pilot. We use it for nothing else. Who sees it. The aptiweb team. Applications are stored in a database on Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and are never published on the site, sold or shared with anyone. How long we keep it. Until the pilot ends or for 12 months, whichever comes first. Then it is deleted. One application per email. Applying again with the same email is refused, so we only ever hold one copy of your details. Having it removed. Email carl@centreagenticai.org, or reply to any pilot email from us, and ask. We delete your application and confirm by reply. The readiness check. It keeps your answers and your report anonymously: no name, no email, no address, under a private link only you have. A one-way hash of your connection limits misuse and is deleted after a day; reports are deleted after 12 months. Analytics. We count page visits and the steps to an application with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and collects no personal data.
